I'm following this thread with interest. I've recently order some suppressors for 300 BLK, 762, .22, 45, and 9mm, but for some reason I left out the 556.

I have a couple 16" and I've got a registered lower and I'm still deciding what length 556 SBR to go with.

I'd like to run the same suppressor on all of them. However, I just picked up the Magpul/KAC Special Edition Rifle with the triple tap, so I'm seriously considering this KAC can.

I've heard good things about the SF cans (I'm getting the FA762K), but then I won't be able ro run it on my 556 with the triple tap-which is the one I really want to get a suppressor for.

Let me know how you like it!

I just got back from getting 12 sets of fingerprint cards.

If you are interested in keeping the Triple Tap, then certainly stay with KAC suppressor.

KAC, SF, and AAC are really the only considerations for a military grade solution.

    Or Ops Inc.

    KAC is my favorite though.
    We miss you, AC.

This is what I was thinking and I may end up getting a AAC can for my other 556 ARs.

I have a 762 SDN inbound (keep that welding going!) as well TiRant for my new HK USP Tactical. These will be my first suppressors.

I got the 762 SDN for my 10.5" 300 BLK and my 12.5" 6.8, but I may just see how it works on the 556.

Standard AR combo wrench, use the side for a A2 flash hider. Same size for the KAC QD flash hider and triple tap.

My problem was it was hard to get a wrench in on the flats with it on a 10.3" barrel and a DD RISII rail. Very little room for the wrench.

3/4" is what youre looking for, dont forget the tape. I havent played with a MK18 upper with the RIS II, but you might have better luck with the wrench if you pull the screws on the handguard so that you can move it around a bit while you work.
