    Nothing is required unless you are making a complete short barrel rifle. Anyone can sell and anyone can buy any length of barrel or upper receiver and barrel combo. It's not until that upper goes onto a lower does the length matter regarding the NFA.

    You would think that someone who has a 14.5" upper listed in their own sig line would have known that.
