I've tried it for a couple of days, and it has got to have some of the worst solubility that I've seen in supplements. Any tricks to get it to dissolve, or any alternative products that work the same AND dissolve reasonably, Will?

I believe they give some specific advice on the bottle for how to mix, and or I bet the Gr8 web site does.

Yeah, I did it how they suggested, and then spent 10 minutes mashing those chunks away and stirring, trying to dissolve the residue. Have you used this product to your satisfaction?

I don't use it personally currently as I think it's main advantage is probably to endurance athletes, and an endurance athlete I aint. I used it last season with a group I was working with. I would make a big batch of it on training day. I put it in a large cooler type thing. Actually, I mixed it with a cordless drill and paint mixer attachment

When I was using it, it went in a blender with some other stuff, so again, mixing was not a major issue.

Try adding small amounts at a time and only adding more once the last bit is fully mixed. Try using more water, and perhaps warmer water.
