While I would love to see a doughnut/horseshoe dot with BDC, I would honestly be exceptionally happy with the former only.

I'd be okay with keeping the triangle - I just want something with external turrets and some form of mil reticle, though a BDC would rule.

Problem is, I'm not sure enough other people would pay the substancial sum in order to get that - the TR24T they have now is such a great optic for the money.

Any idea on a time frame? I was reading another thread on here that said Trijicon may not release any updates until end of 2011 early 2012. I really don't feel like waiting that long on a scope. However if it's only a few months (3 or so), I could wait.

I'm in the market now for the Accupoint TR24G. Like I said though if new options are 3 months away or less I will wait. Pretty much any more than that, & I may just pick one up now.

Edit:Also I only mentioned a time frame estimation, is there also any word of what new features would be added to the accupoints.

I'm still waiting. I sold a NF FC2 and need a replacement for it. Over the last 2 years I've bought a TA33 and TA44 in green and really have grown to prefer it to red. I'll wait a while longer. If Trijicon would bring out a TR24 like others have said it will sale, that and an Aimpoint T-1 in green.

I really disappointed to learn the big Trijicon announcement at SHOT was a bow and arrow sight.

I think I have found my next move. I just got wind of & have been reading for a few hours on them, the SWFA SS 1-4. The donut reticle is a god send. 1000x more useful than the Trijicon triangle. Although I would prefer say green illumination over red, I can deal with the red.

Just waiting on that tax refund deposit to hit my bank account, & I will be placing a order for one.

Love isn't a strong enough word to describe how I feel about mine.

I never thought I'd say that about a Super Sniper!

    There shouldn't be any disappointment.

All the speculations were just chatter, rumors and fairy tale wishes not based on anything solid.

Sure Trijicon got us all excited with the secrets, but we just got ahead of ourselves hoping that it was going to be something it wasn't.
