Classy. Just enough to do the job without that everything and the kitchensink look.

    Well done.

Is the friction lock on the CTR really worth the extra $ over the MOE?

Well after a short wait my upper arrived.
    As usual BCM delivers!
I took my collection of parts and built it late this afternoon.

I added a Magpul Moe Midlength handgaurd. Eotech 556. VLTOR stock. Troy ODA BUIS.

BCM as usual also included some cool schwag. The usual stickers and catalog and a copy of newest Book of the AR15 magazine and a color copy of the SWAT article "Filthy 14", and a big Surefire catalog. Tossed in a nice BCM hat also.

Want to say thanks to the guys at BCM and at Bravo Arms in Colorado Springs for all the bits and pieces that made this build possible. Both great companies to deal with.

Now to get a sling and shoot it!

Here it is with my 6 year old sons STAG M4 build.

Nice setup! I'm looking to do a similar build, but thinking of the lightwieght barrel. You have an idea of the wieght of your build?

Very nice Fuzzy-Reticle. How do you like that Troy DOA rear sight? I've read mixed reviews of them.

No idea on the weight. I will find out.

So far I like the Troy BUIS. Seems tough enough. I like it better than the MBUS. The diamond shape was at first gimmicky to me seems to help me line things up much faster than standard sites. It locks in the upright position so that's a plus.
