If you do a quick search, you'll find quite a bit of info on the Noveske N4.
If your thinking this rifle for any % of defensive use -- you need a flash hider IMHO.

Noveske makes great guns.
I really like the S&W M&P15T, if you buy one make sure that at least one of the set screws on the gas block are dimpled into the barrel. If not it'll shoot loose, it's not 'if it will shoot loose, when will it shoot loose?'. Other than that they are a great value for what you're getting with one. They now come with LMT bolt carrier groups.

Would the Noveske need any sort of additional work?
What is dimpling? Would I have to do any additional work to the S&W to assure it reliability? Like adding anti rotation pins or getting trigger reliability work done?
Who is LMT? What is special about LMT that makes their bolt carrier group good? Does LMT make full rifles?
I can afford to buy only one rifle, of the rifles on the market which rifle would you recommend?
A Noveske gun will run fine right out of the box.
S&W uses standard trigger groups (most reliable if that's what you're looking for).
No anti rotational pins aren't required.........but if you would like you're trigger a little more consistent I would use them. They make a much better difference with match grade triggers (not stock triggers). Get the Gen 1 KNS pins if using them for a consistent trigger pull.
LMT = Lewis Machine and Tool http://www.lewismachine.net/ Top quality stuff.
I would recommend these in this order:
Colt, LMT, S&W, RRA. Some need some tweaks that are easy to do, the Colt and LMT won't.

I'm going to go way out on a limb, here, and suggest you buy a finished ADS rifle from Grant. The amount and nature of your questions leads me to believe you really need to get more familiar with the AR system before you start building one. Grant will make sure you get a good, reliable rifle that will work. then, you can start learning, and collecting parts for your build.
In the end, you get two rifles, to do with what you want, but you're assured of having a "shooter" in the meantime that won't leave a bad taste in your mouth.
It's "possible" for you to build a good rifle without wasting too much money at your level of knowledge (as I perceive it), but not very likely.
If I were in your position, that's what I would do.
Where would you put the Noveske in the order of recommended rifles? I looked on the LMT website and I didnt see any complete rifles. Or do they only make parts and I would have to find someone to put an LMT rifle together for me?I would recommend these in this order:
Colt, LMT, S&W, RRA. Some need some tweaks that are easy to do, the Colt and LMT won't.![]()
You have not gone out on a limb. I appreciate you taking the time to put your suggestion into the thread. What is an ADS rifle?. I agree with you that there is much I have to learn about ARs. I was planning on buying a complete rifle. That way as you mentioned I would have a rifle and I could learn about ARs with a rifle in hand, so to speak. Right now I am trying to find out who I should get to build the rifle and what information I need to have on hand when I talk to the builder so they understand what I want and need.
Does Grant specialize in a certain type of AR? Will he be able to help me narrow the the multitude of options available for an AR? Do you happen to have a hyperlink to Grant?
