Since it more than likely overgassed I would start with an H and see what happens. Out of curiousity why is the selector lever missing?

When you go to install the endplate, castle nut and buttstock pay special attention to how it is done. I have seen numerous people jack up the spring that retains the rear take down pin.

make sure that you stake the castle nut. If you have questions research it first.

Another thing I wasn't sure about. Do you think the H2 buffer is a good choice with the 14.5 carbine and the bcm bcg? Or should I just go with the regular heavy carbine buffer?

Sounds good, I will go with the H buffer. I did not install the fire selector yet, I was going to change out the pistol grip, but given the advice here maybe I will just use what I have for now and change it latter Down the road.

Can anyone recomend a good end plate and castle nut? I was leaning toward the Ace skeleton stock (short one) and I beleive it comes with the receiver extention or buffer tube.

An end plate is gonna be somethin youre gonna have to decide on as well. Personally I run a magpul ASAP. Ilike that it swivels and gives me alot of movement, But its kind of noisy. Some guys dont like them. Thats only if youre gonna be running a sling to your endplate though. Tango down makes an endplate that has a Q.D thats pretty badass. Its kinda long though. Just check some stuff out

I recommend that instead of the ACE stock you take a good look at the Sully stock.

For some reason I don't care for the solid stocks. I think the ace looks a bit better that it's open.

But that is one short stock!

The rest of my parts should be here next week, I got a magpul ACS stock instead of the ACE, so I can adjust it and see where it's comfortable, I also ordered the ASAP plate and MS2 sling, instead of the MI gas block I got the Troy one.

Oh and I got the Magpul dynamics art of carbine DVD set, so I can get all tactical in front of my TV!

Still not sure on sights. I was thinking about getting the Troy, but the magpul MBIS are less than half the price.

    Any opinions would be great!

I bought both. The Magpul you will not be disappointed in. And you can always get the Troy later on if you want. I love them both. Pics when you put it together!

I'm probably just going to throw the phantom on their for now, then when I save up some more money pin on a battlecomp 1.5

I mean I don't think I will run into an FBI agent at the range, and I don't think a LEO at the range is going to put a wrench on my MB to see if it's pinned or soldered.
