I mean I don't think I will run into an FBI agent at the range, and I don't think a LEO at the range is going to put a wrench on my MB to see if it's pinned or soldered.

My bad. I was planning on pinning it and welding it.

The other thing too, I have to pin the ACS stock, would I be able to put say a saftey torx screw through that locking lever thing?

Reason I don't want to blind pin the stock, this will be my first rifle and I'm not sure what position will be most comfortable for me, and also if my girlfriend shoots it, my position may not be good for her.

So basicaly do I need to put a pin into the buffer tube? Or can I make it so the lever to adjust it is inoperable?
