Brand new, only time this has been shot is at the S&W factory. This rifle has been sitting in the safe since it was purchased about 2 years ago.

CDNN has them on sale for $979 (a lot less than this one cost when it was purchased - damn Obama panic purchasing)

Comes with everything a brand new one comes with - except the taxes, 4473, and the trip to the gun store
