    Accupoint Prices going up?

I noticed on the webpage of popular optics vendor that their Accupoints have gone up over $50 in the last month. I've also noticed that the price on the CMR has gone up $100. Is this just a case of vendors cashing in on the variable zoom trend?

What piqued my interest was hearing that my LGS raised the price on theirs by $30 from when i bought mine there.

Prices on MANY products (including many foods) have gone up about 10% as of late.

Prices are the same on the package deals at LaRue Tactical. No price hike there.

According to http://www.shadowstats.com/ the true rate of inflation is at 9%. (unemployment is really 22% for that matter) The gov't has been cooking the books for a while. Looks like people here are finally starting to take notice. In the poorer parts of the world they're rioting over food shortages, and calling for disconnecting their economies from the American dollar.

Sorry for the hijack. I really didn't mean to start ranting.

That's where I initially was going to go with it, but decided not to But yea, inflation is coming (er, rather...has already hit).

i know about inflation, but at a time where we're seeing high quality red dots fall in price, i figured that accupoints might do the same.

I noticed hamburger was $4.08 a lb when I went to the store yesterday Just the dollar continuing it's decline in value. I would expect to see european produced optics really go throught the roof soon.
