I think it's a given that race was a factor considering the victim was intimidated into praying to the "great brown dude". I doubt a black person or hispanic person would have been made to do the same. Also, if you were a betting man, odds are the white person is not going to come back a day later and kill you in the parking lot. Not to say that white people can't get thug, but when they are wearing tight Hollister T-shirts, you can assume they are generally clean cut and trouble free.

However, more important than race is the ability to exert your will on another person. It's a fact that if you harbor racist feelings, they become more prominent during a physical altercation where you bigger, stronger and more capable of exerting your will on someone.

Everything written above also proves to me at least that we are dealing with a hate crime.

Really? I didn't say he would turn into a thousand legs of chuck norris, but really? Your gonna stand there and take it because 2 dudes in a confined area have 200 lbs on you? When they just locked the door? You may as well end up dead anyways. " not looking" really? What reason do you have to not be looking this man in the eye? Looking away is just confirming something he already suspects, your the weak one with a tail tucked.

But the thing is, the victim should've have never complied to go anywhere and should've tried to escape before entering the rest room. He should have smelled it coming, the events leading to the incident.

A good rule to follow is, never comply with non-LE's. If they try to impose their will on you, it's time to be as violent as possible.

Thankfully, the victim in the video did not sustain life threatening injuries and can learn from the experience.

My boss is 6'4" 340 lbs., and he has 3 chihuahuas that are about 4 lb. each. I have a tiny dog too, a ten lb. mutt. Girls love her. A good friend of mine, who spent the 1980's in Force Recon and now is a manager at another nightclub, also has a tiny dog, about 6 lbs.
