Everyone can read this thread and make their own conclusions. It's right here plain as text.
and we are not going to let your dopey comments go unanswered either.

For the second or third time, I am not badgering you. If I was you would know it, and I don't care enough about you to bother.

Plain text is right. I am reminded every time you post of the phrase "better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and confirm the fact".

Speaking of facts, you have none. You have bias, you have emotional knee-jerk reaction, you have baseless accusations, but you have no facts.

I prob. was not all that much different for the first few weeks that I was member on M4C, and the kiddie site...but with all those other kiddies on the kiddie site, nobody was around to here me blast off and sound like an uneducated child when my favorite brand was left out of a thread conversation. Thankfully, nobody saw this true embarrassment!

Coming on this site however, and trying to play Mr. Knowitall, and while doing so disrespecting one of the most upstanding contributors to the AR platform currently, didn't really work out so well and lots of people heard my ridiculously stupid replies. I finally realized that I was just an attention seeking noob trying to talk shit with the big guys armed with no real knowledge or experience base in order to talk with. So guess what I did....I grew up and turned into a big boy.

By the way, I used myself as the actor in the play above...make no mistakes about it, I was playing a certain character in real life.

Someone made reference to the difference between a 16" and a 18", I know that Trident has two MRPs setups with those length barrels, could you weigh in on any difference in performance you have seen?

I'm looking at getting a 16" stainless barrel in the MRP down the road.

    Thanks

Because from what I know -

Spikes doesn't HPT or MPI their bolts and barrels (though FZ BCGs are)

I don't think Spikes test fires.

They used to peddle around with piston retrofit kits (AA)...

They're not a bad company... they just can't compete with BCM, DD, KAC, LMT, Centurion, etc.
    We miss you, AC.

As Rob would say where are you getting your facts from? Are these facts or simply your guesses?

To Trident. Actually yes I do own a Lothar Walter LW 50. I'm including a few photos of my "other" rifle. Here's my 18 inch. Yeah, it's a Spikes. And boy does it shoot.

Just for the record. This rifle was test fired.

Finally. To the OP. I go full circle and tell you that if you want a super quality 18 inch you would be hard pressed to find a better combo for this money anywhere around. This coming from someone who has owned a few AR platforms in his day. I had 6 different ones last year alone.
