Right about 29" with the Aero flash can and the Sig Brace where it's at.

According to the new letter its illegal if you shoulder the brace but ok if you use it as an arm brace.

Proving intent is a difficult thing to do. My advice is to continue to use them, just don't video yourself shouldering them, and post it on YouTube so you show the world you're skirting the law. Definitely don't bombard ATF with ridiculous letters asking whether it's ok to shoulder the damn thing. i think thats what started this mess. So, use at your heart's content and await the verdict from Sig's coming lawsuit.

While I agree, I don't think there will be a law suit from Sig.

It's going to come from a Joe blow who gets arrested and will have to fight and subsequently (most likely) take it to the Supreme Court. Then we'll have a case law.
