    That has been my experience as well with my McCormick single stage with a curved trigger... Very short reset... With SLOW, gentle trigger pulls, I need to make sure my carbine is firm into my shoulder, for if I have any room for the carbine to wiggle as my finger is moving SLOWLY, seeking the break, it will BUMP FIRE on me once it does break and recoil...

    It has only been an issue when I am shooting off a bench, sighting in a RD or ACOG..., as I tend to let the carbine rest on sandbags with a loose shoulder placement...

    However, for fast & active shooting, I love the short reset single stage... Trigger slap holds very little downside then...
