I might be in the minority here, but copious amounts of alcohol are not a prerequisite to having a good time in college.

They're not a prerequisite but it's hard to pass up a beer or two, or more, with dinner or friends.

Thank You Sir! Glad to hear you are enjoying it!

    just finished week 7

I enjoy the increased flexibility and strength,i can feel it in my core,my pants are getting looser, less than a size 36 now.I enjoy the weight lifting and i can lift more than when i sarted.I cannot do a sit up because the 4 rods and 8 fused vertebrae just won't let me bend enough to get off my back so i have modified some ab ripper moves to compensate as best as i can,i basically look like a turtle trying to get off his back but what the hell,i figure no one is watching anyway except my wife and she does P90X with me

I can do more of the yoga now,but it's an hour and a half and i make an hour of it,my balance is not to good but i keep trying,i never figured yoga would be so hard.I like plyometrics but with my back i always feel like i'm carrying a ruck so when i jump around it feels kind of "weird".Kenpo is great, probably my favorite, and i do 2-a-days with kenpo, yoga, and X stretch, the other work out hour being later in the day,i do all my work outs in the morning otherwise.I am looking forward to week 8,it's a rest week, last rest week kicked my ass(week 4).And i always look forward to the weight lifting and push ups.

You know I am really starting to not like you guys here at M4carbine. You make me spend my money on good stuff for my rifle. You make me want to shoot more so I can be better at it. Now you make me want to take my P90X out of the closest and finally use it after owning it for 3 yrs. THANKS Guys.lol. Great job on your work out OP. I will get mine out and will post the results in 3 months.

Nice work, Rat! Sweat in training reduces blood in war.
