Did you change up your diet? Eating well is just as important as working out. I completed p90x and changed my diet to follow their plan and I got awesome results.

Yes, we eat mostly whole grain if there is pasta, and lean meats. No POP, only an occasional beer. I hardly eat any sweets. I can feel the muscle under my belly fat but I still have a good handful of belly fat just chillin there. I'm 27 and 5'10" roughly 180 +/- a couple pounds.

Also my arms and legs are lean, but I have no definition unless I flex. I just figured after 11 weeks there would be a significant change. Guess I'm going to be doing P180x instead of P90x.

Hawg_Leg, hope you're ready for it bud. I tried the plyo workout once when I was particularly out of shape, and ended up puking. Ouch. Great workout though.

P90x is good, agreed on the crossfit, it WILL make you puke. But puking never felt so good. :/

I need to do this. My dad has done all those p90, insanity, etc workouts. He lost a ton of weight but now I think he looks like a crackhead haha.
