    I've started cycling about 45 minutes a day. It's only been two weeks, and I'm noticing improvements in my cardio.

    I'm doing a little research on fitness plans to go with it too. I plan to message Will Brink about this in the future.

    without supplemental weight training and protein intake, my muscle mass was taking a hit too. During cycling season, I also try to avoid doing any leg workouts, as it can be extremely counter productive. They get enough on the bike.
