    Certificate of compliance?

As I understand, from doing some reading here, to SBR a lower reciever as an individual, I need 2 Form 1's, 2 FBI print cards, and a certificate of compliance. What is the cert. of compliance? What do I do with it? How do I fill it out?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Fill out and print this...

Make sure to send two copies. Nothing really hard to figure out, no need for signatures other than yours. Just stating that you are a US citizen.

    Hope that helps.

You only need one copy of the Certificate of Compliance. It doesn't require any signature other than yours. It's just your attestation that you're not a non-immigrant alien.

I was told by the ATF that you need 2.
Probably depends on who you ask.

Same answer I got when I called them. Besides, it only takes about 4 seconds to fill out. I've always sent two just in case.

Getting the same answer twice when calling them is as likely as winning the lotto twice, or so it seems at times.

Only need one copy, but I agree there's probably no harm in sending two.
