The Cadex chassis is much improved over the Remington, and is indeed available right now. In fact theres a nice discount on their website! www.cadexdefense.com (also on facebook).
One shot tactical also supply them, but you can order from the Cadex USA guy if need be. Did anyone see their booth at Shot Show 2013?
