    Colt M16A1 pricing

I'm finding prices for parts, but what is the going rate for a complete Colt M16A1 upper....w/barrel, handguards, etc?

    Note: I'm buying, not selling.

depends greatly, depending on what you want, in what condition... you can get beat up not original condition m16s for starting around $11kish, last time i checked, and nicer, more desireable examples starting around $15k, and going up to closer to $20 for rarity.

though they seem to be the hardest to find, if you can find JUST a registered lower, or even better a stripped lower, you might be able to buy in at under $10k... then just build it back up yourself. this is how i'll try to do it, if i ever get enough saved up.

$250 to $1000 depending on condition, originality, and refinishing.

At a local show a few months ago a guy had assymbled A1 uppers that he was selling for $300. He also had a bin of supposed Colt BCGs for like $130 or so. Of course being caught off guard I could not verify if they were authentic or not.

I would say these were refinished for that price.
