    Winchester 1300

Any love for the defender here see allot of Mossberg and Rmeingtons everywhere but I think this shotty gets put to the side a bit. I have owned several over the years and still wont part with my 1300 one of the best pumps I have ever owned sits next to my benelli ready for home defense!

There are many happy 1300 users here. I suggest searching and it will turn up several threads.

I've got a 20 gauge defender that is unstoppable. Tougher to find buckshot, but shoots slugs great.

    Operates slick as owl snot!!

I bought one used, but unfired, off of an auction site and had a few upgraded done to it. I still have not found the time to shoot it, but I am looking forward to doing so.

I really like how it turned out, but the project is a good example to taking something of relatively low value, infusing a bunch of money into it, and then still having something of relatively low value! lol --- kind of like a government project.

    I love my 1300

Switched to Hogue stock (an inch shorter than original) and foregrip.

    Added a 3gungear.com 7 shot sidesaddle.

    Shoot it every week.

I also have an 870 set up the exact same way and prefer my 1300.

I have a 1300 Defender. First gun I bought when I turned 18. Got it at Oshmans Super Sports in the Mall of America. Much love for my Defender.

Put the Tac Star double pistol grips and a 2" rail upfront along with a heat shield.
