The exception to this is if one of our distributers wants to order a ton of them in a color, we will do a special run then.

I told you on silencertalk that you are making a mistake about doing this.

These need to be made in black.

Scott, maybe I'm missing something here, but why does AAC need to make these in black?

Duh...cause if their not black than their not tactical. Tree rats can easily detect bead blasted SS. Besides busting tree rat ass, I intend to run many other tactical applications that would require a black barrel

I know you said that., but I can only tell you what I know. I also think that these are great as is, and like I said, it's a perfect surface for any color a customer would want down the road.

Been asking Kevin to do this for years. Glad to see it is finally there.

Are you selling complete rifles or barrels only?

Complete rifles to start, once production ramps up, standalone barrels.

Are the chances for baffle strike less with this barrel system? Should it even be a concern?

    Thanks in advance

should not be a concern at all.

The vast majority of baffle strikes come from misalignment in the threads or mount or the silencer loosening. The rest come from ammo issues, but .22 being solid lead shouldn't cause any problems.
