With a gun that looks that slick you shouldn't need to use any lube but if you want only use WD40, I've been using it since my dad was a kid so you know it's good.

Little do you know. For 200.00 they agreed to make a special one for me. No cost is too much for the ultimate non-SBR build.

Everything sounds good except that Bushmaster does not make a 6.5 inch FS they make a 5.5 one so if you cut the barrel down to 10.3 you will have SBR issue. The configuration should work well for 3 gun matches minus the bipod.

Ok, some changes to the rail. I wanted a rail that would go all the way out to the flash hider/ mount. Since there isn't one available I am going to get a DD 12" rail and then a 7" rail.

I have a local guy who will cut the rails and then "splice" them together to make it the required length. He says you won't even see the seam of the weld. I'm sure that Daniel Defense will be jealous and want to start producing them when they see it.

On that note, I'd suggest 'splicing' dust covers, but I think someone already beat you to it!

A bridged optic mount! What a wonderful idea. I think some of the furniture needs to be pink though, in case someone of the female gender wants to have fun with it.

Anyone can special order/make something! I have been working on a heavy MG 11.5 bbl with a 5.5 Bush FH project.

You might want to check with www.esssolution.com they should be able to get you a better price on your FH. They are working on a couple of barrels and extras for me.

I was thinking about this Flawless Build last night, and I came up with an idea to avoid NFA on the silencer.

10.3 barrel, Perm 6" fake moderador/flash hider, and thread a SPIKES fake can on the flash hider.

I mean... who doesn't already have a Spikes Fake can laying around already anyway???
