Cor Bon Ammo

I have been looking at defensive ammo for my XD 45ACP Cmpact and I have come across the Cor Bon series of ammo. The PowR'Ball and DPX ammo has caught my attention, but the price of this ammo is more than others in the same class. I was wondering if the Cor Bon is ammo is worth the price.

I don't know if it is worth the price but the DPX is nice shooting stuff. I still prefer the Winchester Ranger SXT RA45T (230gr JHP) and RA45TP (230 gr JHP +P). I think the Ranger is the best bang for your buck. The +P's are hot but manageable (I chrono'd a batch at 985fps average). The Ranger also has a low flash signature compared to other ammo I've used. That's a big selling point for me. I'd carry either one without hesitation. If I'm buying, I'll stick to the Rangers at about $25 for 50 rnds compared to $30+ for 20. I don't really have an opinion on the Powerball ammo. I've never shot or carried it.
