Black Hills 62 grain RRLP

At work, we have been using Black Hills RRLP ammunition for training. This is 62 grain and I'm assuming is probably the same as Mk255, although it is packaged differently. Does anyone know who makes the bullet used in this load?

Have there been any gel tests for this stuff? I understand it's shit for auto glass and what not, I'm just curious how it looks on bare gelatin.
