    Todd,
Which works better with the Noveske SBRs, the A5 orthe H2?

    Everybody else,
Howdoes the A5 digest .223 powered ammo (like PMC Bronze)? Any issues?

    Define better.

Both work just fine, the A5 is slightly smoother just like a rifle buffer.

Is one more reliable than the other? Eject the brass at the right spot? Sounds like both do that just fine.

Why would someone have all this non-standard stuff to make the gun work instead of just having a 14.5" carbine length gas.

Midlength has become a buzzword. People are begining to equate anything with "midlength" is automatically good.
I thought this way too until I got one... two... make that three. I was wrong. I run mine with carbine RE, standard springs, and H buffers. No issues.

My SBRs love the A5, and I am on the slow journey of standardizing all my carbines with them.
