AR Dimension question for case

At work I found an old case for some obsolete equipment. I'm trying to figure out if I can fit a broken down 16" carbine in it.

For some reason I was thinking that the length of the 16" upper was about 30" and height about 11" from bottom of a pistol grip or VFG to the top of an Aimpoint. Sound about right?

Hey bro my 14.5 LMT w/ permanent phantom and SOPMOD stock is 32" OAL and just shy of 11" tall from bottom of MIAD PG to top of Aimpoint int LT cantilever mount. I hope this helps.
