I use the line "I've had that one for a few years." All the time. She doesn't get the thousands spent on guns at all. Shoes...now that's another story. She can buy those all day long and its fine.

we've got the one shared account. However I have my "loose change jar". The only problems I run into is when I want to buy a new toy (I.e. and optic) and she complains that its her turn for a new toy (new optic, new stock, etc..).
In today's world one of the best things you can do for your child; Get them in Scouting, stay with them in the program, and encourage them to stay in.

Shit... My dizzy broad will spot a piece of gear I've had forever and accuse me of buying something new.

I had that setup for a while and only left it to get into a lighter optic; I really like the ADM mounts. You need to setup an ING account, they were made for covert spending.

It helps to run my own business with packages coming in all the time...

"I've had this for a while" is a great phrase as well, as has been mentioned.

•eguns.com has not been actively promoted in a long time though I still do Dillon special

With mine it's horses. We take turns buying toys and it works out great. We have a running joke... "for every horse I get a rifle." Problem is I have plenty of room in my safe and we're full in the barn. I need to reassess.
