Every LR308 I've seen and used has been good to go. In my very limited experience, they appear to be better than an out of the box AR10 - but that's only based on my experience.

Very well put together rifles buddy of mine has one and it shoots with out any issues at all. The stock trigger is a little abrasive and needs tuned but overall very nice.
