x300 falling off gun

It is most likely not locking in place.

Mine will only latch onto a glock with the U rail, and it wobbles. stays on though.

with the P Rail, it works and locks up good on my TRP and AR rails, but will not latch on the glock rail.

Make sure all the allen screws on the rails are tight. You can adjust the side "tightness" a bit by either pinching or holding the rails apart when you tighten the screws.

Use blue loctite!

I have had several X200A, X200B, and now X300's with no issues as far as staying on. Just make sure the screws are tight and it is properly clicking into place with the "U" rail.

If this is in the wrong forum mods feel free to move. I just recently started carrying my g19 with surefire x300 in a raven concealment rig and took it out to the range this past weekend and put roughly about 200rds downrange and had the surefire fall off the gun 2 times. Has anyone else any problems with anything like this? I emailed surefire I'm just awaiting their answer. for what its worth I'm using the U latch on it.

How do you like their product? I carry a HK P2000 with an Insight M3 LED for work. I have been looking for an off duty/light duty holster. Raven is one of the only vendors I have found that will accommodate my hardware.

Short version: Great product. Go buy some - you won't be disappointed.

Long version:

I've been using RCS holsters since Sep 2008, and think they're great.

I own RCS holsters for a G19, and a G19 with an X300.

I have owned the older thinner stuff, and now own the newer thicker stuff. I like the thicker stuff better as it seems to have a bit more retention.

I've never had anything break. I use the holsters for tng, matches, camping, hiking, etc.

I farted around with IWB, and can't get comfortable with it - so I only use them OWB. Even had RCS make some custom loops. Their willingness to make something custom, the speed at which they made the stuff, and the quality of the stuff was great.

One box came open during shipment, and some loops were lost.

I called to order some more on my own dime, and they would not take payment - they sent them free of charge.

What I find very desirable, is the concealibility of this holster for OWB. This thing hugs the body like no other holster I own.

I hike, camp, etc. quite a bit, and carrying IWB with my VM2 gets uncomfortable after a while. The RCS does a great job here, and I've yet to have any issues with concealment.
