I've known one or two people that had trouble reaching Marvin via email...but they ultimately got through.
I'd give him a call....he lists his business phone number on his FB page:

Trident,
Called 3 times and left VM and yet no reply.
I emailed him a while back and it took a while to get a response but I did receive one.
I got a hold of Marvin today and I must say that he has wealth of information about barrels and gunsmithing. I am glad that I had patience and persistance to get a hold of him. The wait was well WORTH it!!!
I had an issue today at the range. The rifle slammed fire on 2 occasions. Once with reloads and once with factory ammo. I noticed that rounds chambered have a light dent on the primer.
Also does anyone hAve issues closing the bolt on a mag and the bolt not fully closing. My rifle is bolt gun accurate, and I guess the tolerances leave little margin for error?
I am wondering if part of the problem is that I have never disassembled the BCG and only wiped it down and cleaned the surface? Could carbon build up on the firing pin impede the floating of the firing pin? This issue just started within the last 150 rounds. Rifle is pushing in the neighborhood of 800-900 rounds now.
