That's a broken stock I think, not chopped. Looks like destructive testing to me.

My New MWS MLOK, Next to my OL' POS Green Machine w/16" Mid-Length 5R Marvin Pitts Ball Milled Barrel...

MARS-H Lower receiver is on point. The MLOK MWS has a 14.5 C/L Pinned and Ball Milled by Marvin Pitts. Still have to get some new glass, ATLAS, Railscales, and irons.....
