Yes, LMT's winning bid for the Estonia contract is for .308 piston operated rifles.

You can't drop a 12lb rifle on the cheapest stock on planet earth MULTIPLE times and expect it not to break. I see the gripe but WTF. Sig is relentless, gotta give them that.

I've loved that rifle through all of it's iterations. Glad to see it's still going strong. I prefered it with the MK6 and the NXS prior the most, but if fills your niche, it still looks great.

This is the first I've heard of a 7.62 Piston by LMT. Does anyone have more info?
