    Dylan Fletcher Pocket Kilo

Just arrived today and she is better looking, more ergonomic than she seems in pics. Not to mention stupid sharp. The kydex is top notch as well. Deciding between belt and pocket carry.

    Thanks for looking

That is a very nice looking knife. What kind of steel is it and does he have a website?

    Thanks

O1 steel. Convex saber grind. This knife rocks. Fletcherknives.com . About a 2-3 month wait. I have 2 bigger knives on order. He also works for Andy Roy of Fiddleback Forge as well as making his own. So far its on my belt

In my little world, you have certainly proven to be quite the knife expert and although from a technical standpoint, I'm ignorant on knifes....I can certainly appreciate the quality, construction, and design in every one of yours Ive seen you purchase to date....what is that like freaking 5-6 high dollar blades w/in the last 12-18 months, lets hope the woman isn't reading this thread as I imagine you had to sneak at least one or two of them while the cat was away

Got any of your links to the other knife threads you have reviewed and posted(I could search but why make your audience do such a thing..)...esp. those last three by chris reeves. I'd like to see this new awesome blade in a family pic w. those three. I think I figured out your tastes in simplistic terms, fully functional minimalism with a touch of subdued regal and class

I spend too much time on jerzeedevil and bladeforums. I usually lean towards everyday use and bushcraft style knives rather than tactical knives. No Chris Reeves in my collection. RJ Martin, Spyderco, Bark River, Jonathan Mcnees, Fletcher, Koster, Fiddleback, and a few others. I like carbon steel mostly and simplicity. Honestly I don't know much at all, just learning, just like my limited shooting knowledge. Thanks Alex.I just realized I have like $2k dollars worth of knives on order. Shit! Not good. I have picked up a lot of knives in the past couple yrs. Most are between $100 and $225 but a couple are $300-$600, namely a Sniper Bladeworks on order (allowed myself a tactical knife).
What types of links would you like? Pics of my collection, forum links or makers website links?

I was confused....do you remember the 3 silver looking chris reeves knives you sent me a pic of awhile back. I wish I could have afforded them.

Instead I think Im referring to the Jonathan Mcnees knives of yours....it's three of em as well. My apologies as Im the owner of at the most one real knife and perhaps some might not consider it a knife at all....a microtech ultratech TE.

I just wanted to see those three other...I THINK...Jonathan Mcnees knives with perhaps this new one of yours thrown in the mix. I thought you had started at least one or two threads reviewing the Mcnees knives.

BINGO...I just ripped you and google images off

These are my favorite knives of your collection....super neat, and they all look like a have very specific uses...none of which I would of know, but I do think your awesome blade above fits perfectly with these three.

Yes sir! Jonathan Mcnees. His knives rock man. The 2 on the left are neck knives and are around $100 each. The one on the right is for CC and came with a thin sheath with IWB loop. I own 2 more of his but they're much larger. I'll get a pick of the new Fletcher with those 3 ASAP. Whats up with your email comms? New privacy policy?

Here you go with the addition of a Josiah Gravelle on the left.

NICE!!! Yeah....you got some good taste brother, all of em are beautiful and they certainly all look like they belong together.

Got a favorite...for me I still think number 3 in the pic is my fav. I think that is the one I said reminds me of a Native American style knife which I have always thought were awesome. That handle is just wicked. I also really like the second one from the right..but now it's prob. tied for second with the newest member of your family.

Does Mcneese offer a EDC type that you would rec. as strongly as you do his neck knives?

$100 sounds pretty damn reasonable, although I suspect a larger EDC type designed one would run perhaps double that of a neck knife.

One more thing, dumb ass question....what does "neck" knife refer to?

ETA....I totally dropped that email acct. or essentially stopped checking since I still think it's active when I got the BAN from the kiddie site...what a great day that was, Aimless and his ghey, ghey ways finally set me free from that crack infested, short bus hangout My bad on that brother...I used that email acct as well as my "sign up" type acct. so the spam had finally found it's way into it. I will shoot you a PM w. another email.
