Yes. He runs a 1/8" thick blade, with a gutted para-cord wrap on the handle (knots on 1 side only). It's a custom blade that is being made 1 at a time (very hard to get).

The lack of scales and bulky cord wrapping keeps the blade flat against the body, aiding in concealment.

Kyle ran it on the belt line, piece of inner tube helping anchor it on the belt. The kydex sheath for it is really what helps out. Very minimal. These are the closest you can easily get, right now:
