It is sad that's Company would choose to cut corners on such an important step to save a few bucks. Especially with guns being used in a combat area.

Numerous keys were loose, many did not have the required torque applied and some of them worked loose when they were being shot at the range. So though it took a while for it to happen, it did happen. The question you have to ask is why such a simple process like this ignored and why isn't it done? I am still waiting for some intelligent response to this question.
