Picked up a 26" Husky toolbox from Home Depot for $20 tonight, just gotta pick up some foam to make the cutout padding and I'll have pics of it to share by tomorrow. Discreet, light, and good to go for the airlines!

I looked EVERYWHERE for a 26" toolbox! Is yours metal or plastic? Do you have to make any mods to the inside of the box or is it good to go? Is there a place to put a padlock to secure it?

It's a plastic one, power latch is the description as there are two 26" Husky tool boxes with the other one not having quite the interior volume this one does. I'm going to do the interior mod of lining it with cut out foam described by link offered earlier. Definitely has a place for a padlock right in front or I wouldn't have gotten it, as I specifically want this one to be for airline travel. Here it is, specifically: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...03&R=202021303

With the padlock in place, is it possible to pry the sides up and get a hand in there?

Not easily, and I'm not going to destroy mine by trying really hard to find out. It's about as safe as my handgun case that I've been flying with for ~5 years and I've had no problems with that so far. One advantage is that I can put the tray in it and that would block a hand reaching into it. Anything beyond that someone could just take a dremel with a cutting wheel or a hacksaw and cut into it, at which point that would beyond the parameters of this case.

Do you think that you could get two SBR in there?

Depending on what you have on them, I think so. Two KISS setups definitely.
