Sounds like a great start. Never heard of a hiperform handguard but looking forward to seeing photos of the completed rifle.

Carbon tubes are nothing new of course..
This one comes with an aluminum nut with wrench flats that are accessible so the thing can be taken on or off easily. It comes with the tube already bonded to the nut.

going to give it a try, seems like a nice, simple, light alternative.
Don't want or need a bunch of rails on this build.

Sounds nice. Will it mount on the handlebars of a HH100?

Sweet build. I've been shooting a JP CTR-02, but I've been thinking about building a lightweight for 3 Gun and giving it a go. Your specs have inspired me to move forward.

Nice ride BTW, I just picked up a Santa Cruz XXL Tallboy.

The American Flag is a nice touch.
"Real men have always needed to know what time it is so they are at the airfield on time, pumping rounds into savages at the right time, etc. Being able to see such in the dark while light weights were comfy in bed without using a light required luminous material." -Originally Posted by ramairthree
