    i don't think i have anything from my dad - he's not one to accumulate stuff (unlike me). this started me thinking...maybe one way to encourage keeping something in the family is to have my name engraved on it. or 'to my son ______'.

    Reeve knives

    Use that bad boy! They're truly tough knives and if it starts looking too rough for your taste, send it back to CR for a sharpening and refinish for a modest charge. There is no downside; Reeve is no longer making the one piece knives so they've shot up in price as well.

    Gotta keep it unless you are hurting for food money to feed the kids. It is a worthy family keep sake and a first class tool too.
