    Custom 10/22 build

Long before I ever got into AR's I was into Ruger 10/22. I was a big squirrel hunter so having the most accurate 10/22 available was important. Many years have passed and I have kind of lost interest in the .22 market. Now that we own a store front, I get a lot of hunters in my shop that are always looking at the bone stock Ruger 10/22's we have on the shelves. This got me thinking that it was time to get back into the custom 10/22 market.

Since I a fan of quality gear and weapons, I had to go with some of the best names in the industry. Below is one of our recent builds with many more to follow.

    C4

    SPECS:

Volquartsen Super Light Receiver group (includes Trigger group, bolt and upper receiver)
Tactical Solutions 16" Fluted, Threaded Flat Black Barrel
    Hogue Rubber stock (tan)
Harris Bi-Pod (6-9 with notched legs and swivel feature)

This entire weapon (including the bi-pod) weighs in at just over 5lbs!

Without the bipod, I think it will be around $750.

Where did you get the tan stock? Is it a new Hogue offering?

Grant, any chance of you dealing in Volquartsen products? As if you needed to offer anymore product lines.
