    Ammo for 11.5" barrel?

Any thoughts on finding or making ammo specifically for an 11.5" 5.56 AR? My prime concern is getting the powder to complete the burn by the end of the short barrel, and not continue on expecting another 8.5" or so of bore, only to make lots of noise or needlessly pound a suppressor.

We shot Corbon DPX out of a SBR on stoppingpower.net and it looked great in jello. I think it was an 11" gun, but I'll have to go look it up to be certain.

I'm sure many loads would serve you well.

I'll dig up the data on the Corbon and post it this afternoon.

Found it, it's a 10" barrel, but this should give you an idea.
