    I think it would cost a lot more n the aluma Hyde has been holding up well on my ar. I was going to use the extra can I had in coyote tan but Im not sure now I wanna use that color?

    I had my 1911 parked, in and out of a holster takes that finish off. If this is the case what do you think yours will look like after use. How often do you use and how hard are you on you ar? Not to be a dick but if your looking to go cheap the 1911 is not the gun for you.

    I don't get the chance to holster a lot out here in California most ranges wont allow it so I don't think that will be an issue...
