So what do we think about the training video?

Very informative just like the rest of their videos. The main thing that struck me and that is now embedded in my thinking is how different the shotgun is as a weapons platform and how you must train to use it effectively because it does not behave like pistols and rifles do.

The quality is up to their usual standards. I feel that it also does a good job at dispelling a lot of shotgun urban legends even though it does not set out to.

My wife's only complaint is how macho the instructors are. It is somewhat over the top, but that is what makes it fun (and funny).

Well, they do make it seem that way, don't they? That's because they cut out all the lighthearted moments and banter, and put the best of it in the outtakes.

The videos can make it seem like their courses are mini-bootcamps or something, but from what I've heard that's not correct.

The video is very informative, but there is no substitute to take real hands on professional training.
