I sealed 20 pounds of rice and 10 pounds of beans in mylar with oxygen absorbers. I picked up some food-grade five gallon buckets with sealable lids to store everything. First venture into this type of prep.

Continued to lose weight, down from 275 to 215.
Also, this past couple of weeks, more to do with digital redundancy. Worked with password manager (cloud and local), alternate email accounts, storing files locally with and without encryption. A few other things involving local and cloud documents, records and finally, maps (online, offline and paper).
Bad news never gets better with age.

Good deal. I keep telling my family that physical fitness should be the number one on the priority list of preparedness. At 51 I am not in the same shape as when I was 21 but I work out regularly. I use resistance bands and free weights and do a brisk 1.5 mile walk with a pack 5 days a week. Last weekend my daughter and I did a 15 mile overnight backpacking trip.

Similar here, organizing my mags into cans and cases to maintain accurate inventory in light of WA's going Full Retard in a few more days.

Got in more of the excellent MTM Ammo Crates.
These are the smaller 5 in a Carrier. Already filled up with MEN 5.56 & Winchester M1152 9mm.
I also bought some nice stickers with caliber on them...look better than duct tape & a Sharpie.
I really recommend these MTM cans..Ive got bigger ones too. Just nice all around.

I have several of the MTM cans. The carrier versions are really nice and it is great they are stackable.

For myself, started eating better and watching my intake. Down 29lbs in the last month so far.

Maintaining current physical activity plan is what I do. Nothing special, just trying to maintain agility, strength, and stamina via racquetball, walking at least 2 miles/daily (having a dog helps) weights at minimum 3x/week, cycling, and longer walks (4-5mi) with +/- 10 lb lightweight backpack at least 2x/wk. Range days at least 2x/month and at least 2-3 classes /year with professional trainers. Maintaining one's health, is most important aspect of 'preparation' via exercise and diet. It is irrelevant if you have the best score on paper or tight groups if you're an obese, wheezing walrus barely able to move or have no hand to hand skills. Movement is life !

I ordered portable solar panels for rv. They are flexible and are supposed to form-fitting to fit multiple surfaces. Also, they can be rolled up easily and stored for portability. I hope they will come in handy during the trips and on ordinary days if needed.
