    12" Larue Stealth Upper

    I have an unfired Larue Stealth 12" upper. I need either:
    - 14.5" upper with permanently attached brake/hider
    - 16" upper

    I'm building a patrol rifle for work, and due to policy constraints, I need a street legal length upper. I'm looking to trade for equivalent quality and value.
