They do make a tan Delica. Hit the pocket clip with some tan Krylon, and you have a pretty discreet folder. if you wear khaki trousers to work, they work well.

Mike Dye at New Graham is a good guy. I've ordered a lot of knives from him, and never had an issue.

My EDC knives are Spydercos, primarily Delicas and Enduras. I own a few others and use them from time to time. They are stout enough for the roles I use them in, and inexpensive enough that if I break, lose, or have to ditch one, I'm not out major money.

Delicas in an assortment of colors are a good choice. Paint the pocket clips to match.

I edc a Spyderco Para 2. Great knife, really solid lock that is for me, easily one-handed. I used to edc the Caly 3, which is still my 'dress knife', and I also have had a Manix 2, but found it too large in pocket, and a bit heavy for my taste. Then there is the Tenacious--the slightly bigger brother to Serious STudent's Persistence knife. It's got the ghetto wave on it (pair of zipties) and gets carried when I think I might lose the Para2, or if I think I will be abusing a knife.

I got my Spyderco Endura 4 in today. I like it a lot- the blade length is longer than I realized it would be, but that's a good thing since I'm wanting a step up in blade size from my Leek. When looking at it, the only thing I didn't like was that I could fairly easily bend the blade slightly (but visibly) with my bare hands and obviously not much to grip. Is that amount of flexibility just one of the traits of the G10 blade material?

Spyderco endura clips suck...I can't say much about the others they make. While the vg10 steel is ok, it isn't as good as benchmade's use of 154 or d2. I've been carrying the bone collector for a while now and it is stout, easy sharpening and will hold an edge. I would take the cost increase of the benchmade for the quality of the blade, clip, and lock.

I'm not really at a point in my life where I can justify a $150+ knife, or really even a $100+ knife for that matter right now. I think the Endura will be very good for me and plenty rugged, tons of people seem to do quite well with them

i have two of the spyderco tenacious models with the 8Cr10Mov blades - i bought them because they seemed like a really good value for a little over $30. they looked a lot nicer than some of spyderco's more expensive models. however, i was a bit disappointed at the softness of the steel. it works fine for daily light cutting tasks (civvie), but when i went camping and subjected it to a bit more stuff, the edge got damaged quite easily. the points on the serrations were practically rolled over when i tried to shave some hard plastic to repair something. my delica and endura models have shown better edge durability.

while it's tough to complain about a $30 knife, i won't be buying these again. i'd rather get the ZT0350 for around $100 than three of these at $30. IMHO, the ZT0350 is one of the best values for a good EDC knife out there.

After carrying this knife today, I got a few real observations on it. One, its bigger than I realized- and takes up a LOT of space in my khaki pockets (that are smaller than my jeans pockets), but that's because I put my keys (which there are a lot of) in the same pocket with my knife. The Leek will remain my go-to-knife for the office.

I used it a few times today- some to try it out, some because I needed to use it. It's FAR sharper than my Leek. Like, drastically sharper. And the Leek was previously the sharpest knife I'd ever owned. I rested the tip of the Endura FFG on a piece of white printer paper and drug it across with no pressure at all on it, and it cleanly sliced the paper in half like a razor. The Endura 4 FFG, despite it's size, will remain my EDC knife any time I'm not in khakis/dress pants all day. In fact, even then it may start taking over...I'll just have to shed a few keys and such to make that work.

I can definitely agree with MM's comments on the Zero Tolerance line. They are a very good value, usually for about $100.

I have been looking at getting a Spyderco to replace my Kershaw Skyline.
