This upper IS NOT pinned and is currently riding a SBR lower so NFA rules apply. I can ship it without the Battle Comp and take $100 bucks off the total price so you can have whatever flash hider pinned on to make it legal. I'm asking $1025 shipped to your door. I beleive that to be a fair price considering it cost me right at $1200 to build it. No trades right now unless it's a Noveske switchblock upper in 10.5" Will try to post pics tonight but I can text pics of upper.
