Comparison terminal ballistic information 6.8 vs. .223

I did a search, probably using the wrong terms. Is there anyplace someone can point too that has done a terminal ballistic comparison between 6.8SPCII and 5.56 with various bullets.

thank you, it looks like a more effective round than many of the 5.56 offerings, it seems like it has not caught on much, I wonder why?

Id say it has a cult following and it has its own fourm to, most every company is making guns. So how has it no caught on? Its not practical for anything more than hunting due to ammo cost.

Good quality 6.8 mm barrier blind duty ammunition, as well as hunting ammunition for up to medium game (elk size) is roughly equal in cost to equivalent 5.56 mm ammunition. Where 6.8 mm lags behind is with less expensive training ammunition. Most folks using 6.8 mm AR15's for duty use have identically configured 5.56 mm uppers to use for training purposes--there is essentially no difference between the two when doing routine drills, mag changes, and malfunction clearances at under 100 yards, so you might as well use less expensive 5.56 mm ammunition for such purposes.
