There are so many sources for parts. Where can I buy:

Mil. Spec Extractor Spring. (Not a high powered spring)
    Black buffer insert

I have a 16" carbine and I don't want to run extra powered anything. I bought the extra powered extractor springs from someone on this board and it nearly takes pliers to put them on.

My carbine came with the blue insert and a standard extractor spring. I haven't had any any trouble with devent ammo (Federal Lake City 55 grain, WWB 55 grain), or with cheaper S&B stuff, but I had one misfeed and one stovepipe with cheap white/green box Remington .223 ammo. The Remington crap doesn't have enough crimp IMO.

I recently installed the black buffer/spring assembly listed above from Brownells. I also got some extra power extractor springs from LaRue, but I am going to see how well the Colt assembly works first. I haven't installed any O-rings or D-rings.
