That with the Aimpoint T1 I just ordered. Light, simple, shoots well, and I am used to it.

It would either be my AR carbine...

    Or my AKM clone...

Leaning heavily towards the AR at this point in time

Mine "only one" gun setup is currently:

    16" BCM BFH midlength
    9" LaRue Rail
A5 Receiver Extension and IMod stock
Aimpoint H-1 in LaRue QD mount
    fixed DD rear BUIS
SF G2 in Gear Sector mount
    VCAS padded sling

If only one, it would be my go-to SBR w/10.5" LMT upper and NT4. Not many situations I would want anything else.

Even though I use an Aimpoint and keep a 3x handy most of the time on the 14.5" or switch to an ACOG TA31 on occasion, I'd likely choose a Specter DR or a quality 1-4 from Nightforce or S&B if I only had one optic and one rifle.

I'd probably stick to a 6921 but so far this BCM mid length has been running strong.
Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~ Paul Howe
